Can I return opened skincare products?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. Please contact us before opening any return request.

How should I use the body cream?

If your skin is sensitive, start by using it about 3 times a week and alternate with a moisturising cream. If your skin tolerates it well, you can use it more often. Please follow the leaflet included in your order.

Can I use the body cream on my face?

I would not really recommend it. The body cream is stronger, so the face cream is a better option for facial use.

What should I use with the creams?

Use a good moisturiser such as CeraVe, E45 or another ceramide moisturiser.

How long will it take to see results?

Many customers notice visible improvement within about 7 days when they use the cream correctly, but results can vary depending on skin type and consistency.

How should I use the face cream?

Use a small amount on clean skin, preferably at night. Start slowly and increase gradually if your skin tolerates it well.

Do you offer discounts for returning customers?
